Care Instructions:
Please make your best judgement when caring and handling your garments. For shoes take good care and remove any scuffs with a damp towel or shoe polish as necessary. For all clothing it is best practice to take items made of silk, acetate, velvet, or wool to the dry cleaners; whereas items made of cotton, linen, cashmere, polyester, acrylic, and nylon can typically be hand washed or machine washed in cold water. Rayon may shrink or lose its shape when washed in warm water. Tumble dry on low heat if necessary, for best results lay flat to dry.
Returns:
We are so happy that you placed your trust in us and placed an order. We hope you love the clothing you bought, but if there is an issue and you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us to help you with your return or exchange. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items in our store sell quickly, so contact us as soon as possible to make a exchange for a different size. All sale / clearance items purchased on EdgyCouture.com are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions will be made. All holiday or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchange.
Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to return / exchange your item(s). Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns/exchanges. Returns may move faster however, it is up to your banking institution to release the funds in a timely manner, every bank is different. All returns are reviewed by our return department, used or damaged items will not be issued a refund. Edgy Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged packages be sure to save your tracking information and contact USPS if there is an issue.
Shipping:
International shipping is also available via DHL, please allow 3-6 weeks est for delivery. Expedited International Shipping is not available at this time. Edgy Exclusive products are custom print to order and are only eligible for two week shipping. Exact shipping times may vary based on delivery location & weather conditions.
